Job description We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer who can join immediately and work onsite . This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys design, thinks creatively, and can execute ideas, not someone looking for a casual or side role. Location On-site Employment Type Full-time Responsibilities Design creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and internal branding Create high-quality static designs aligned with brand guidelines Work closely with the marketing and content team to translate ideas into visuals Design pitch decks, posts, banners, and promotional material Ensure consistency in visual identity across platforms Manage multiple design tasks with clear timelines Take feedback seriously and iterate fast Requirements Strong sense of visual design, layout, color, and typography Hands-on experience with Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator (any strong design tool) Figma and PowerPoint knowledge is a big plus Ability to think creatively and independently Passion for design, not just software knowledge Willingness to work full-time from office Perks & Benefits Work on real projects , not dummy tasks Fast learning and hands-on exposure Creative freedom and ownership Growth opportunities based on performance Supportive and startup-driven work environment
