About the Role

Were looking for a driven and dynamic individual to join our Startup Sales team, focused on engaging with early and growth -stage companies across India. This role is ideal for someone who’s enthusiastic about the startup ecosystem, eager to learn, and ready to build a strong foundation in B2B technology sales.

You’ll be the bridge between fast-growing startups and our cloud solutions — identifying opportunities, driving conversations, and helping them leverage programs and tools that accelerate their growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to startups across regions through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Engage with founders and key decision-makers to understand their cloud adoption journey and business needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams and AWS to position the right solutions and programs for startups.
  • Work closely with the Gen ai team to position Frontiers Gen ai capabilities to all startups.
  • Maintain and update the startup database (profiling, progress tracking, opportunity status).
  • Support in organizing startup-focused events, roundtables, and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for POCs, solution proposals, and demos.
  • Report weekly on lead status, outreach activities, and conversion progress.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident speaking with startup founders and leadership.
  • A self-starter who’s proactive, curious, and eager to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Ability to think on your feet and handle dynamic, fast-changing situations.
  • Basic understanding or interest in cloud computing, startups, or SaaS/tech ecosystems.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-up discipline.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort using CRM or lead tracking tools (training will be provided).
