Job Summary:

The Startup Expert at TITY Global Pvt Ltd will play a key role in guiding early-stage business ideas, mentoring founders, creating startup strategies, and driving innovation. The role requires strong knowledge of business development, incubation processes, funding ecosystems, product development, and startup growth frameworks. The Startup Expert will work closely with our innovation, mentoring, training, and technology teams to support startup founders and accelerate their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Startup Mentoring & Advisory

• Provide one-on-one mentoring to startups, entrepreneurs, and founders.
• Evaluate business ideas, validate concepts, and guide MVP development.
• Support startups in Pitch Deck creation, business model development, and go-to-market planning.
• Startup Ecosystem Management

• Build networks with incubators, accelerators, investors, and innovation hubs.
• Connect startups with relevant resources, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
• Organize startup workshops, hackathons, incubation programs, and founder meetups.
• Business Development & Strategy

• Assist startups in market research, competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and pricing models.
• Develop strategic growth plans to scale early-stage companies.
• Support branding, digital marketing strategies, and sales growth methods.
• Training & Program Management

• Conduct training sessions on entrepreneurship, innovation, business design, product thinking, and startup finance.
• Manage startup cohorts, curriculum development, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with TITY Global’s internal teams to deliver high-impact startup development programs.
• Product & Technology Support

• Guide startups on product roadmaps, UI/UX basics, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with the tech team for app development, software integration, and prototype creation.
• Support startups in identifying third-party tools, automation platforms, and digital solutions.
• Funding & Investor Support

• Help founders prepare pitch decks and investment documents.
• Provide guidance on fundraising strategies, valuations, and investor expectations.
• Facilitate introductions to angel networks, venture capital firms, and government startup schemes.
• Monitoring & Reporting

• Track startup performance, KPIs, and milestone achievements.
• Prepare regular reports on incubation success, founder development, and program outcomes.
• Maintain documentation, mentorship notes, and startup progress dashboards.

Required Skills & CompetenciesCore Competencies

• Strong knowledge of startup ecosystems, entrepreneurship models, and funding processes.
• Hands-on experience mentoring startups or managing incubation/accelerator programs.
• Expertise in business planning, strategy, and market analysis.

Technical & Business Skills

• Understanding of software development basics, digital marketing, and product development cycles.
• Ability to create business plans, financial projections, and pitch decks.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, Canva, CRM systems, Google Workspace, etc.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to motivate founders and drive innovation.
• Leadership, patience, adaptability, and teamwork.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Technology, or related fields.
• Additional certifications in startup management, innovation, design thinking, or business strategy are a plus.
