Job Summary

The Sr Product Specialist (ISG) will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Star LIMS system within our organization. With a focus on ensuring seamless integration and validation the candidate will contribute to enhancing laboratory operations. This hybrid role requires expertise in Star LIMS and offers an opportunity to work closely with research and development teams to drive innovation and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Star LIMS system to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
  • Oversee the integration of Star LIMS with laboratory applications to streamline processes.
  • Validate Star LIMS functionalities to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
  • Install and upgrade Star LIMS software to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to align Star LIMS functionalities with project goals.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Star LIMS-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain master data within Star LIMS to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on Star LIMS usage and best practices.
  • Analyze system performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Document all processes and changes within the Star LIMS system for future reference.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Star LIMS operations.
  • Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities effectively.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing laboratory capabilities and supporting innovation.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Star LIMS Report Master Data and Validation.
  • Demonstrate experience in Star LIMS integration with laboratory applications.
  • Have a proven track record in Star LIMS installation and upgrades.
  • Experience in research and development is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Display strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
