The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries and issues, overseeing account setups and updates, preparing account reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service delivery. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for account growth and retaining customers. Qualifications Account Management, Customer Service, and Client Relationship Management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using CRM software and tools Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to analyze account performance and suggest improvements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is a plus
