This role is ideal for students, freshers, or early professionals who want hands-on learning and real-world experience. Responsibilities Assist in digital marketing: social media posts, email campaigns, content scheduling, basic analytics. Support communications: customer surveys, feedback collection, drafting internal/external updates. Maintain records & documentation: campaign performance, customer interactions, and reports. Collaborate with the team on day-to-day marketing operations and small campaigns. Requirements Pursuing or completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Basic knowledge of social media, GenAI, Canva and MS Office. Strong communication, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn. Ability to work independently in either a part-time or full-time schedule. Growth Path High-performing candidates may be offered a full-time Marketing Associate role with expanded responsibilities and a revised compensation package.
