Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tool & Die Maker located in Ahmedabad. The role involves the development, assembly, repair, and maintenance of dies and tooling for various manufacturing processes. Key daily tasks include reading and interpreting technical drawings, setting up and operating a variety of machines, conducting quality inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure product quality and process efficiency. Collaboration with engineering teams and adherence to safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in tool and die making, including operation of CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other manufacturing equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and schematics
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of dies and tooling
• Knowledge of quality control processes and measurement tools
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on precision work
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Relevant certifications or technical training in Tool & Die making or related fields are preferred
• Prior experience in stamping tool manufacturing or fixture development is an advantage
