Staff Software Engineer - Production Planning

**Role Overview:** As a Java Microservices Software Developer with over 13-15 years of experience, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designs for accuracy and completeness. You will work on developing and maintaining relevant products within a scalable, resilient, event-driven, and secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture environment using technologies such as Java, Springboot, Gradle, GIT, Hibernate, Rest API, OAuth, and Snowflake. Your key focus will be on leading the next-gen Supply Chain single source of architecture and driving the architecture and designs to be simpler, more robust, and efficient. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the next-gen Supply Chain single source of architecture. - Collaborate with internal product, professional services, and customers to understand requirements and work with geographically spread teams to deliver solutions. - Drive architecture and designs towards simplicity, robustness, and efficiency. - Write and review service descriptions with relevant measures of service quality and ensure self-healing, reliable services with minimal manual intervention. **Qualifications Required:** - 13-15 years of experience in Java Microservices software development with a focus on building and leading Product solutions. - Minimum 4+ years of experience in Microservices architecture, data modeling, and distributed system design. - Proficiency in API management platforms and providing/consuming RESTful APIs. - Hands-on experience with tools like Spring Boot, OAuth, REST, GraphQL, Hibernate, NoSQL, RDBMS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and React. - Strong knowledge in Cloud-native architecture, Distributed micro-services, Multi-tenant SaaS solutions, Cloud Scalability, performance, and High availability. - Familiarity with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and infrastructure automation. - Good understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration, and identity management. **Additional Details:** The company values play a significant role in driving the success of both the company and its customers.
