What You'll Do

• Provide technical leadership for high-impact projectsguiding design and execution
• Influence, mentor, and coach a talented team of engineers
• Facilitate team alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines
• Manage complex project deliverables with autonomy and accountability
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale distributed SaaS solutions
• Deliver quality code using industry-leading automated unit and integration testing
• Collaborate across teams and disciplines to build best-in-class products
  

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years experience in full stack development with Microsoft tech stack (C#, MS SQL)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Deep experience developing enterprise-scale, cloud-native SaaS applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent work skills
• Meticulous attention to detail, high accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL processes or Service Management business domain
• Experience migrating .NET applications to modern .NET technologies
• Familiarity with OWASP security best practices
• Experience building Single Page Applications (SPA) using MVC model and responsive design
