Job Description

We are seeking an engineer to execute platform administration responsibilities. The primary objectives of this position are supporting internal stakeholders troubleshooting issues, providing training, and fulfilling requests all while maintaining a high level of service, collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement. This person will also work on upgrades, deployments, security finding/vulnerability remediation, project planning and governance of sub-production environments. Job Responsibilities: Manage the complete lifecycle of production/sub-production environments including necessary configurations and integrations, and application admin activities. Analyse incidents to identify application and system problems and possible solutions in a timely and accurate manner. Administer and resolve issues related to user profiles, roles, permissions, groups, and access controls in compliance with security policies; which may include troubleshooting integration and analysing application and system logs. Develops procedures and scripts for monitoring and automation of manual processes. Engage with product engineering and support teams to troubleshoot issues and any planned activities Maintain system documentation for configuration and troubleshooting of known issues. Develop and share best practices for Admin operations and enhancements based on lessons learned Participate in activities outside of core hours and on weekends when required including participating in on-call coverage for the team. Execute platform upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and necessary configurations while ensuring minimal disruption.
