Staff R&D Mechanical Engineer

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to integrating all aspects of the product seamlessly and driving technological advancements. **Responsibilities:** - Design and develop mechanical components and systems for new products. - Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate design concepts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and software systems. - Oversee the prototyping and testing of mechanical systems to ensure functionality and reliability. - Document design processes and maintain accurate records of project developments. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development. - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). - Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes. - Experience with project management and leading engineering teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Experience in a specific industry relevant to our products (e.g., aerospace, automotive). - Familiarity with simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL). - Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in product development. - Experience with Agile methodologies in engineering projects.
