Responsibilities
We are looking for a results-driven Staff Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution. Reporting to the Principal Product Manager. You will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for Data Security (Web DLP, Email DLP)
- Defining, documenting, and prioritizing product requirements based on market research and customer feedback
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into successful products
- Supporting Support, Operations, and Sales teams for product deployment and sales in beta and production environments
- Implementing go-to-market strategies in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams
What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- 3-7 years of experience in product management with a strong technical foundation in networking and security technologies
- Experience delivering products as cloud-based services, including hands-on experience with public cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Basic understanding of SAML, DLP, SSL, ICAP, API, Malware Detection, IPS, and hands-on experience configuring SaaS apps (e.g., Office 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to interact effectively at both business and technical levels
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in escalation engineering or deployment advisory teams
- Basic scripting and regex skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
