We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our ICU/Emergency Department in Chennai. The ideal candidates should be well-versed in critical care or emergency procedures, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in high-pressure environments. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and assess critically ill or emergency patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist in emergency procedures and resuscitation efforts. Maintain accurate patient records and vital signs. Coordinate with the healthcare team to provide holistic patient care. Ensure adherence to infection control and hospital safety protocols. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Requirements: GNM or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution. Valid Nursing Council Registration. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
