Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the nursing team in delivering dialysis treatments and patient care.
Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols, infection control measures, and safety standards.
Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis procedures.
Assist doctors and dialysis technicians during emergencies and specialized cases.
Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and clinical reports as per guidelines.
Train, mentor, and evaluate junior nursing staff to ensure consistent performance.
Manage and maintain adequate stock of medical and dialysis supplies.
Coordinate with clinical, technical, and administrative teams for seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with NABH and organizational quality standards.
Foster a patient-centric, empathetic, and professional environment within the clinic.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Registered with State Nursing Council).
Experience: Minimum 1-5 years in dialysis or critical care; prior leadership experience preferred.

Skills Required

Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
Good understanding of dialysis procedures and emergency management.
