Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. Assist in assessing patient conditions and reporting to senior nurses or physicians.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
3. Monitor patient vital signs and document observations.
4. Provide bedside care, including hygiene assistance, wound dressing, and mobility support.
5. Assist doctors and senior nurses in medical procedures and surgeries.
6. Ensure proper sterilization of medical equipment and patient rooms.
7. Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe healthcare environment.
8. Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and recovery processes.
9. Maintain clear and compassionate communication with patients, relatives, and the
healthcare team.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
11. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and standard nursing practices.
12. Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
