Job Purpose

Qualification:

Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and Graduate MBA ( Human Resources)

Relevant Experience:

4-6 years of experience in field of HR operations

Responsibilities

Maintaining CVs, Screening and short listing CVs, conducting preliminary round of interview & Salary discussions for staff.
To independently handle the Recruitment of Paramedical and Support staff s.
To Co-ordinate for c-First background verification.
To issue the Appointment Letter for new joined staff.
To be responsible for full and final Settlements.
To prepare monthly HR reports.
To maintain and update personnel records of all employees in AHB (Master Data) and HMS software.
To Process monthly Salary of all employees on roll.
Preparation of MIS reports.

Requirements and skills

Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
Compassionate with good communication skills.
Excellent teamwork skills
Graduate MBA ( Human Resources)
