Job Description

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in a collaborative environment

Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform routine diagnostic checks

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention, offering support and guidance

Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records, ensuring patient information is documented according to hospital policies

Respond to emergencies swiftly, utilizing critical thinking skills to assess situations and implement appropriate interventions

Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated on nursing best practices and standardsRequired Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution

Proven experience as a staff nurse or in a similar nursing role

Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer skillsWorkplace Culture
