EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: GNM/BSc Nursing Salary :15k FEMALES ARE REQUIRED. BOTH FRESHERS AND EXPERIENCED ARE OK We want smart and enthusiastic Staff Nurse, who is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including assessment, treatment, and education. They monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Nurses also offer emotional support to patients and their families JOB ROLE: Patient Care: Nurses directly care for patients, assessing their needs, monitoring their condition, and providing treatments and medications. Assessment: Nurses evaluate patients' symptoms, medical history, and overall health status to develop appropriate care plans. Medication Administration: Nurses are responsible for accurately administering prescribed medications, including dosage, route, and timing. Monitoring Vital Signs: Nurses regularly monitor patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, to track their progress and detect any changes. Education and Support: Nurses educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and how to manage their health at home. They also provide emotional support and guidance. Collaboration: Nurses collaborate with doctors, other healthcare professionals, and patients to develop and implement effective care plans. Documentation: Nurses meticulously document patient assessments, treatments, medications, and vital signs. Supervision: Nurses may supervise licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and other nursing staff. Emergency Response: Nurses are trained to respond to emergencies, providing immediate care and support to patients.
