Staff Nurse

1. NICU Nursing Staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide care to critically ill and premature newborns
• Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, and administer medications
• Support doctors during procedures and rounds
• Educate and emotionally support parents

2. Gynae/Maternity Ward Nursing Staff

Responsibilities:

• Assist during labor and delivery
• Provide postnatal care to mothers and newborns
• Monitor maternal and fetal health parameters
• Support breastfeeding and patient education

3. Emergency Department Nursing Staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide rapid assessment and treatment in acute emergencies
• Administer IV medications, wound care, and trauma support
• Triage patients based on severity
• Collaborate with doctors and emergency response teams

4. General Ward Nursing Staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine nursing care to admitted patients
• Administer medications, maintain records, monitor vitals
• Support doctors during rounds and procedures
• Maintain hygiene and patient comfort

Candidate Preferences for Nursing Position:

1st Preference:

• Qualification: B.Sc Nursing
• Experience: 1 to 2 years minimum

2nd Preference:

• Qualification: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years
