Job Description

Key Skills Required: Excellent patient care and clinical procedure skills. Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. Proficiency in vital sign monitoring and EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems. Effective communication with patients and medical staff. Ability to stay calm and organized during emergencies. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Patient Care & Medication Administration Assist patients with daily personal and medical needs. Administer oral, IV, and IM medications as prescribed. Monitor and report patient responses. 2. Minor Procedures Perform clinical procedures such as injections, wound dressing, and suture removal 3. Asepsis & Infection Control Maintain a clean and safe environment. Follow aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Educate staff and patients when needed. 4. Emergency Preparedness Conduct daily checks of emergency medications and equipment (e.g., defibrillators, oxygen cylinders). Replace expired or non-functional items. 5. Clinical Documentation & Data Management Accurately measure and record 100% of patient vitals. Ensure timely upload of patient information into the electronic system.
