We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Staff Inbound Product Manager to join our Platform Analytics team. This is a high-impact senior role responsible for shaping the future of analytics across the ServiceNow platform. As a Staff PM on the team, you will contribute to defining the strategic direction and roadmap for Platform Analytics, empowering customers to monitor KPIs, gain actionable insights, and drive business outcomes at scale. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, field teams, and customers to deliver advanced, scalable, and intuitive analytics capabilities. This role requires deep product thinking, technical fluency, and a customer-obsessed mindset.
