Job Description

The CSA division supplies sensors that bridge the gap between the world we live in and the digital world of machines. By converting physical signals - heartbeats, sounds, light waves - into data, we enable robots, cars and other devices to interact with people and improve our world. Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.

Design analog blocks such as amplifiers, comparators, bandgap references, LDOs, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, and oscillators.
Translate system-level requirements into transistor-level circuit implementations.
Optimize designs for performance, power, area, and reliability.
Perform pre-layout and post-layout simulations .
Conduct Monte Carlo, corner, and noise analysis to ensure robustness.
Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure layout matches design intent and meets performance targets.
Develop behavioral models (e.g., Verilog-A) for mixed-signal verification.
Document design specifications, simulation results, and design reviews

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
6+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
Proficiency in transistor-level design and simulation tools
Strong understanding of CMOS/BiCMOS technologies and analog design fundamentals.
