If you're passionate about leading technical teams, building scalable systems, and collaborating across functions to solve real business problems—this role is for you. 🔧 Key Responsibilities 🧠 Technical Leadership Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, ensuring high standards in code quality and engineering practices. Act as a technical authority on Broadleaf Commerce architecture, development, and integrations. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to align business goals with technical solutions. 🏗️ System Design & Architecture Design scalable and maintainable e-commerce systems using Broadleaf’s modular framework. Drive architectural decisions to support future growth and flexibility. Deliver custom solutions tailored to unique business needs. 💻 Development & Implementation Lead full-cycle development of key e-commerce features—catalog, checkout, promotions, payments, and more. Integrate external APIs and systems (e.g., payment gateways, logistics, CRM, ERP). Write clean, testable Java/Spring code aligned with Broadleaf best practices. 🚀 Performance & Scalability Optimize performance for high-traffic environments through caching, query tuning, and efficient cloud-native designs. Make thoughtful architecture decisions to ensure long-term scalability and stability. ✅ Quality & Testing Champion automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) to uphold code quality. Conduct rigorous code reviews and partner with QA for robust testing coverage. 🔄 CI/CD & DevOps Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines for smooth, automated deployments. Work with DevOps to maintain system reliability and minimize downtime. 🤝 Stakeholder Engagement Bridge the gap between business and technology, translating complex ideas into clear, actionable plans. Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical presentations. 📚 Documentation & Knowledge Sharing Maintain clear documentation for architecture, features, and integrations. Lead by example—share knowledge, conduct workshops, and encourage continuous learning. ✅ Preferred Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework . Deep hands-on experience with Broadleaf Commerce , including architecture, customization, and modules. Working knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Angular, HTML/CSS/JavaScript). Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ORMs like Hibernate. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues. Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams. 🌟 Why Join Us?
