Staff Engineer-Frontend

Role Overview: Rocketlane is seeking a Staff Engineer-Frontend to play a pivotal role in defining and shaping the frontend architecture while leading by example as an expert individual contributor. You will work with a passionate team of engineers to build UIs, scalable frontend systems, and create delightful user experiences. As part of Rocketlane, you will be involved in designing and implementing scalable and performant frontend architectures using React, TypeScript, and modern SPA paradigms. Your role will also include building reusable design systems, component libraries, and integrating Generative AI technologies to enhance frontend experiences. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience building complex web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend stacks. - Expertise in React with a deep understanding of component-driven architecture and state management. - Proficiency in SPA Frameworks and modern frontend patterns. - Advanced JavaScript & TypeScript skills with hands-on experience in ES6+ and TypeScript. - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, SASS, and responsive web design. - Experience in frontend performance optimization, browser APIs & web standards, and build tools familiarity.
