Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for monitoring the environment health and ensuring system readiness through regular checks and proactive maintenance. Additionally, you will manage incidents and service requests by acknowledging, investigating, and resolving them within SLA/OLA timelines. Your role will also involve performing release management and deployment activities for applications on cloud platforms, conducting root cause analysis, and applying remediation using standard and certified procedures. Collaboration with partner teams to manage capacity and coordinate scaling as required will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures, participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) testing, and application recycle/service restarts. Furthermore, you will partner with Dev and L2 teams to standardize knowledge and streamline L1 remediation processes. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in monitoring environment health, incident management, and release management. - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and root cause analysis. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with partner teams. - Ability to maintain accurate documentation and participate in Disaster Recovery testing.
