Job Description

As an Analog Design Engineer, your role involves designing analog blocks or systems from specification definition to production support. Your responsibilities include: - Designing and optimizing analog blocks or systems through detailed transistor-level design, simulation, and optimization - Verifying designs and providing technical documentation, as well as supervising layout - Conducting silicon lab evaluation, characterization, and debug - Modeling analog blocks or systems - Providing technical support to test, product, and application engineers - Collaborating with digital, firmware, verification, layout, and cross-functional teams To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Possess 3+ years of experience in analog CMOS integrated circuit design - Hold an M.S. in EE or higher - Demonstrate strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills - Have a solid understanding and experience in designing transistor-level CMOS analog blocks and systems, including various blocks like ADCs, DACs, sensor interfaces, power management, amplifiers, and more - Exhibit a strong knowledge of analog concepts, techniques, and trade-offs such as speed, power, noise, mismatch, linearity, stability, and area - Be proficient in IC design CAD tools, schematic entry, Spice, mixed-mode simulation tools, and lab instruments - Be independent, self-motivated, rigorous, a team player, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Desired qualifications for this role include: - Knowledge of system-level aspects like signal processing, digital, modeling, test, and application - Experience with mixed-signal circuits, high-resolution & low-power analog design, Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/AFS, Matlab, Verilog/VHDL, and more - Proficiency in analog/mixed-signal behavioral model development/verification - Experience with consumer and/or ITA market circuit developments,
