Role Overview
As a
Senior Technical Content Developer (DSA)
at NxtWave, you will lead a technical content pod responsible for developing, reviewing, and refining world-class learning material on
Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
. You’ll ensure that learners gain the right balance of conceptual depth and industry relevance through engaging, problem-driven content.This is a leadership-cum-creator role where you’ll work closely with internal teams to enhance content quality, mentor associates, and contribute to building one of India’s best tech-learning ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality content on DSA, including problems, tutorials, articles, and quizzes.
- Design learning paths and exercises that cater to both beginners and advanced learners.
- Demonstrate problem-solving approaches with clear, well-documented code and explanations.
- Review and refine content developed by associates; provide daily feedback and quality assurance.
- Continuously research new trends, patterns, and best practices in algorithms and programming.
- Analyze learner feedback to identify gaps and enhance content effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms, and computational problem-solving.
- Excellent command of one or more programming languages (C++, Java, or Python).
- Proven record or high ratings on competitive programming platforms (Codeforces, CodeChef, LeetCode, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong self-motivation and ownership to meet timelines and content quality goals.
- Ability to lead by example and mentor junior contributors.
