Job Summary

ATF Tester ServiceNow ITSM Manual + ATF Tester Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Configuration, Maintenance and Testing Strong knowledge with ServiceNow platform & modules, Understanding of Legacy Applications Migration conditions Strong understanding and exposure of ITSM, ITOM Processes Should be ITILv4 certified Understanding of Legacy Applications Migration conditions. Knowledge and understanding of Scoped Apps, Application repository. Experience implementing ATF and setting up test scripts within ServiceNow ServiceNow ATF Certification / Micro-certification & ServiceNow CSA certified Work within Agile software development process and play a key role in release quality. Perform test validation on proposed changes Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools Ability to create, execute and maintain scripts and tools for various testing frameworks Excellent knowledge on scripting & automation Understanding of configuration and testing of CMDB Strong hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services Experience with Angular JS and Glide Basic development knowledge of ServiceNow development components such as ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc. Experience with WMI, SSH, SNMP, PowerShell, REST, SOAP, and JavaScript Experience working with LDAP, Active Directory, and SUDO a plus Analyze test requirements, and design and execute tests. Typical tests may include system testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing, security testing and/or test automation, Develop, update and maintain testing standards and procedures. Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans, Work with the application team and/or client to resolve any issues that arise in the testing process.
