Job Description

Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Design, implement, and optimize workflows, triggers, and custom objects to meet business requirements. Work on Service Cloud implementations, customizing and extending its functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development. Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions. Stay current with the latest developments in the Salesforce ecosystem and provide recommendations for improvements. Qualifications Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of professional software development experience in Salesforce. Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Service Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Custom Objects, Workflows, Triggers, Jobs, and Salesforce Lightning Framework. Salesforce Developer certification is required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to Have: Understanding of modern UI technologies and frameworks like AngularJS, React, AJAX, and Bootstrap.
