Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales team and oversee daily operations to meet sales targets for residential and commercial plots. Generate new leads through field visits, networking, channel partners, and online platforms. Manage end-to-end client interactions—from inquiry and site visits to booking and documentation. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversion and profitability. Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams for smooth deal closures. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities. Train and mentor junior sales executives to improve team productivity. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
