Planning the Yearly visibility Plan brand-wise/Occasion-wise/category-wise Strategic negotiations with media vendors and agencies. Developed media plans aligning with business objectives, optimizing ad placements across TV, digital, print, and OOH channels. Conducted market research and consumer behavior analysis to refine messaging and maximize campaign effectiveness. New Product ( NPD) Planning & development from conceptualization till launch phase (includes packaging, design, test market and commercialization).
