Role & responsibilities Heading product Category- responsible for category growth Responsible for the Category P&L in sync with Sales Strategy Planning Trade Marketing & Scheme for the Category Development Planning RTM & GTM strategy for the Food & Personal Care Category NPD from sourcing to the Market strategy Planning AMP for the GT, MTO division Planning ATL for the Category Brand/Product Launch for with Modern Trade & E-COMM New product launches with activation and promotion for the chains. Planning the Yearly visibility Plan brand-wise/Occasion-wise/category-wise Strategic negotiations with media vendors and agencies. Developed media plans aligning with business objectives, optimizing ad placements across TV, digital, print, and OOH channels. Conducted market research and consumer behavior analysis to refine messaging and maximize campaign effectiveness.
