Job Description

• Provide excellent customer experience from first contact. • Issuing Welcome letters, Allotment letters, Payment Plan, Demand letters, Receipts & Other post sale documents to customers. • Ensure timely payment collection from customers. • Ensuring Reconciliation of customer accounts, payment follow ups with the customers. • Conduct site visits on schedule, to ensure work on site is progressing as per communication to clients. • Solving customers queries over the phone or through emails. • Sending payment reminders to the customers. • lHandling Registration process. • Assisting customers for site visits for technical queries. • Handle customization request of clients if any. • Co-ordination with concerned departments and give clearance for the payment received against modification and inform the same. • Preparation of modified drawing and issue the same to site engineer. • Maintain customer complaint register and all documents relevant to handing over. • Involve in takeover from the operations team and handover to the customers • Maintenance of ISO related Files.
