Sr.Interior Designer

Job Description

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Architecture with 8-12 years of professional experience. A Masters degree in Interior Design is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work collaboratively under a Team Leader to develop and deliver comprehensive interior design packages. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of industry-standard software, including SketchUp Pro, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Experience with project information exchange and documentation platforms for efficient design coordination and workflow management. Design & Execution Expertise: Hands-on experience in concept development, space planning, material selection, and detailing for high-end luxury interiors. Ability to create 3D visualizations, presentation boards, and detailed working drawings. Understanding of architectural finishes, joinery details, and furniture specifications. Project Experience: Exposure to luxury residential, high-end commercial fit-outs, and premium retail interior projects. Knowledge of construction methodologies, site coordination, and vendor management for interior execution. Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into aesthetically appealing and functional designs. Soft Skills & Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with consultants, vendors, and clients. Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic des
