We bought a plot in Palm Springs but they started asking 10 Lakh devopment charges, 5 lakh PLC charges and now there are also asking for possession charges and govt. Taxes and levy Charges as well. Which We were not aware about it at all. Can anyone give advise?

They always do false promises.never says correct details regarding project and always cheat inosent home and plot buyers. I am also one of the victim of their flase promises regarding purchase of plot in their project.
