Essential MBA / PGDBM (HR) Post graduatedegree or diploma in Human Resource Management 2 years (Full Time) fromInstitute of repute.

Desirable - Degree / Diploma in Training & Development

Experience: -

Essential

Candidate should have 3 + years practical exposure todrive Induction & Orientation program, Employee referral Program, DataManagement, Background Verifications, HR communication & presentation, Employee engagement / satisfaction survey, vendor Management, MIS & Employee confirmation.

Desirable

Familiarity with HRIS or onboarding platforms is a plus.

Job Profile

The HRBP Onboarding & Induction playsa critical role in enhancing employee engagement and retention by delivering aseamless and enriching onboarding experience. This position is integral to theHR team, focusing on induction, orientation, and HR operations for thecorporate office and pan-India locations. The job includes

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Joining Formalities

Facilitate smooth joining formalities in linewith company guidelines.

Generate employee codes and issue appointmentletters.

Collect and verify documentation; maintainaccurate employee records.

Coordinate logistical arrangements (workstation, IT equipment, access cards, visiting cards, stationery kits, etc.).

Ensure similar onboarding experiences acrosslocations.

Induction Process

Conduct induction sessions for new hires, introducing company culture, HR policies, business overview, and keystakeholders.

Organize " Rubaru " formal welcome & interaction sessions.

Collect and analyze feedback to enhanceinduction effectiveness.

Employee Background Verification

Initiate and coordinate background verificationthrough authorized agencies.

Follow up on reports and resolve discrepanciesif any.

Vendor Management

Manage and process invoices for recruitmentvendors, background verification agencies, job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), freelance consultants, referral incentives, and assessment vendors.

HR Operations & MIS

Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding MIS(daily/monthly).

Monitor and coordinate employee confirmationprocess across all locations.

Act as SPOC for campus hiring at the grouplevel.

Support HRBP activities for corporate employees.

Maintain updated organization structure andmanpower planning across grades.

Computer Literacy:

Working on SAP/ PeopleSoft/ Darwin Box/ anyother HRIS

Should be Proficient in MS office suite & Analytical skills

General

Good Communication, Public Speaking. Havingcapability to Interact in public Domain

CTC 4.2 LPA - 6.8 LPA approx.CTC Not a constraint for suitable candidate.

Age Between 25- 32 years.

Candidate should not be a frequent job changer.

Notice Period- Joining period Max 30 Days. Wecan buy notice period, if required
