Technical Product Manager (AI-First Builder) Overview We're seeking a Technical Product Manager who bridges strategy and execution. You'll own responsibility for products end-to-end from concept to deployment leveraging AI-powered development tools to ship fast while maintaining the strategic lens of a PM. Key Responsibilities Product & Strategy Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics Conduct user research and translate insights into requirements Prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility Own product documentation and specifications Hands-On Development Build applications end-to-end using AI coding assistants (Cursor) Generate, review, and ship production-quality code Set up CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure Implement frontend and backend features autonomously Debug and iterate quickly based on user feedback Required Qualifications 3-5+ years software engineering experience (full-stack preferred) 2+ years product management or product ownership experience Proven track record of shipping applications independently Strong proficiency with: Modern web frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.) Backend technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.) Cloud platforms (Railway, GCP) Git, CI/CD, and deployment workflows Technical Skills Fluent with AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) Can architect and build full-stack applications Database design and API development DevOps basics (Docker, deployment, monitoring) Understanding of system design and scalability You'll Thrive Here If You Are energized by moving fast and wearing multiple hats Prefer building to just planning See AI tools as force multipliers, not replacements Can context-switch between strategic thinking and implementation Are comfortable with ambiguity and scrappy execution Nice to Have Experience at early-stage startups Design sensibility (Figma, etc.) Understanding of AI/ML concepts and LLM integration Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Software development: 3 years (Required) Product management: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
