Sr.Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, your role involves prospecting for potential new clients and converting them into increased business. You will be required to cold call within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Additionally, you will meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. Your responsibilities also include identifying potential clients and decision makers within the client organization, as well as researching and building relationships with new clients. Key Responsibilities: - Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals. - Plan approaches and pitches. - Work with the team to develop proposals that address the clients" needs, concerns, and objectives. - Participate in pricing the solution/service. - Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion. - Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately. - Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
