About The Role
We are looking for
energetic and confident Demo Speakers
who can deliver impactful, engaging product demonstrations to prospective learners and parents across India.You'll play a key role in connecting with audiencesonline and offlinein their
regional languages
, clearly explaining NxtWave's offerings and driving enrollments through
persuasive communication and storytelling
.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging live or virtual product demos tailored to different audience segments.
- Adapt presentation flow to suit audience needs, region, and language preferences.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare demo scripts, collaterals, and visual aids.
- Ensure smooth coordination for scheduled demos from setup to delivery.
- Represent the brand in webinars, workshops, and events with high energy and professionalism.
- Gather feedback to enhance future demo experiences.
- Support the sales funnel by converting demo participation into qualified leads.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 25 years in B2C sales (preferably EdTech, Insurance, Banking, or Real Estate).
- Team Experience: Prior exposure to leading a small team (3+ members).
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Marathi preferred).
- Comfortable with virtual demo tools like Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
- Strong presentation, grooming, and storytelling skills.
- Confident, target-driven, and a strong team player.
Work Details
- Location: Gujarat / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Madhya Pradesh / Tamil Nadu / Maharashtra (based on territory)
- Training Location: Hyderabad
- Work Days: 6-day week (Rotational week-offs, not on SatSun)
- Timings: 11:00 AM 9:00 PM
