Interact with customers to provide technical assistance (identification of customers technical needs, support in product application, provide solutions in case of problems)
Product development from lab scale synthesis up to scaling-up (pilot plant and support to manufacturing team to assure success and proper quality in the production of new products
Conduct trials at customers place, execute evaluation of products as per guidelines
Attending customer complaints,test & provide solution by walking through a series of actions to resolve it
Training and demonstration to customers on our test methods, product performance
To assist in preparation of Technical Documentation
Performs experiments for the Application Laboratory, Sample preparation, Synthesis of resins lab & pilot
Inspection of the process on pilot plant and quality of finished product, for new development
Accountable for keeping the lab safe and organized with adequate maintenance of equipment

In addition:

Good Knowledge of Composite Materials, mainly thermoset: Polymer chemistry, Composite process technologies, material characterization and uses; Usage of relevant lab instruments, Computer operations i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SAP knowledge is a plus
