Job Summary:

The Senior Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, logistics, and distribution. This role involves managing warehouse staff, optimizing storage space, implementing safety standards, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse operations, and a keen eye for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient inventory handling.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and implement measures to prevent stock discrepancies.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to improve performance and productivity.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless inbound and outbound logistics.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to streamline operations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for continuous improvement.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in lean warehouse operations and process automation.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
