Job Title: Senior US Technical Recruiter (Night Shift) Company: InterSources Inc. Must have experience with Government project B.tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA/ technical degree (candidate only can apply) Location: Remote Exp -8+ Years Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to demonstrate work experience related to US Staffing Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc.) Apply process-based recruiting techniques for screening candidates, send pre-screened candidates to the accounts manager, and coordinate scheduling interviews with the manager/stakeholders. Collaborate with Accounts manager to understand the key skills, relevant experience, and objective to draft job requirements subsequently posting them on social media and job portals. Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers. Strong in Active and Passive searches to source day-to-day requirements. Proactive and Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Recruiting candidates from social media and networking to get the best talent in the industry for the positions. Follow up with the candidate in each stage and finally closing. Understanding of common foreign national work authorizations for the United States- H1B, L1, EAD, TN, Green Card etc. Should be good at sourcing the resumes from the different portals, Vendors, databank, employee references, networking, headhunting etc. Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc. Uploading, Monitoring and maintaining Job Postings on Job Portals. Conducting phone screens, including completing pre-qualifying questions and selling potential candidates on location, position, and company. Required Experience, Skills and Qualification: Relevant experience in US IT Staffing b/w 3 - 5 years or more. Good understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets. Excellent verbal & written English, interpersonal communication skills, negotiation skills, Understanding of US culture, job rules and regulations, and ethics. Candidates working in BPO in US shift will also be preferred. Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST or PST time zone). Should have good knowledge and experience on working with MS Office, G-Suite. Experience using ATS (Job Diva), nice to have Experience working for Semiconductor, Electronics, Embedded, Product manufacturing companies (Ideal to have). Experience in recruiting US Citizens, EADs and Green Card & H1B Holders.
