As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating personalized, high-conversion digital experiences for various industries such as healthcare, fintech, crypto, SaaS, e-commerce, and mobility. Your expertise in brand-driven creativity and data-backed UX thinking will be instrumental in building websites and digital products that not only look visually appealing but also deliver exceptional performance at scale. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead UI/UX projects from initial research to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. - Serve as the main design point of contact for clients, comprehending requirements, proposing solutions, and managing feedback effectively. - Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with the objectives of the clients. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, assign tasks, review their work, and cultivate a robust design culture within the team. - Create personalized and interactive UI systems that cater to diverse user personas. - Translate brand values and culture into captivating digital narratives. - Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to facilitate a seamless handoff and implementation process. - Define and enhance design processes, documentation, and systems to ensure consistency across projects. - Utilize data-driven design principles such as heatmaps, conversion tracking, and insights from A/B testing. - Develop engaging motion graphics and micro-animations to enhance the overall user experience. - Stay updated with design trends across various industries like aviation, hospitality, fintech, SaaS, retail, and mobility. **Requirements:** - 5 to 7 years of UI/UX design experience, including a minimum of 2 years in project or team leadership roles. - Demonstrable portfolio showcasing high-conversion websites and product designs. - Strong communication and presentation skills with a track record of client-facing engagements. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Maze, and Hotjar. - In-depth knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, and design systems. - Leadership qualities including mentoring, team management, and conflict resolution skills. - Experience in a fast-paced agency environment would be advantageous. - Ability to create tailored user journeys for different personas.
