Profile : - Sr. Testing Engineer - Transformer Desired Skills - B. Tech / Diploma (Electrical Engineering) Location - Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, 231001 Role & Responsibilities (JD) :- 1. Routine Testing of power and distribution transformers upto 50 MVA, 132KV Class including their report preparation according to IS 1180 and IS 2026 respectively and in type test:- Temperature rise test and also plan, monitor & control the production activities/Manufacturing processes to achieve monthly and annual plan. 2. Managing calibration of testing equipment and Manpower utilization daily and monthly basis and dividing the job accordingly, shift planning as per production schedule. 3. Assisted in Handling and planning customer and 3rd party inspections from ERDA, QSS, WAPCOS, FEEDBACK, DELTA, NTA and ERTO including Testing and preparing reports according to GTP. 4. Handling technical calculations required for transformers. 5. Handling Testing Equipment. 6. Coordinating Work. 7. Worked on CRGO Core type transformer, Indoor Transformer, OLTC Type, Dry Type, Solar Transformer. 8. Repairing Transformers. 9. Assisted in ISO & BIS audit for Documentation and planning. 10. On site Testing and Fault detection. 11. Comfortable in MS Word, PowerPoint Presentation and MS Excel.
