Job Overview: As the Techno-Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the intersection between technical and commercial aspects of our projects. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of activities, from assessing feasibility and conducting technical due diligence to optimizing financial performance and mitigating risks. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of our projects while maximizing value for our stakeholders. Additional Responsibilities: • Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate project budgets and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and monitoring expenses throughout the project lifecycle. • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. • Responsible for design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures. • Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the CFO, CEO, and other key executive team members. • Projects monitoring, Value engineering, Procurement, planning & budgeting, cost monitoring, product quality consciousness, safety, estimation, etc. Responsible to support in successful delivery on time and within agreed cost budgets. Qualifications/Experience: • Proven experience in project tendering, cost estimation, and contract negotiation within the real estate or construction industry. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial information. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing management software. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
