The Sr. Technical Recruiter / Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top technical talent. This role also involves managing client relationships, leading recruitment teams, and ensuring smooth delivery across staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiation for IT and non-IT professionals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals, role requirements, and project demands.
  • Collaborate with sub-vendors, handle negotiations, and ensure compliance with paperwork, background checks, and client documentation.
  • Define job descriptions, required skill sets, and guide the recruitment team effectively.
  • Build and lead recruitment teams to proactively identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Handle hiring across multiple engagement types: subcontractors (C2C, 1099), contractors (W-2), and full-time employees.
  • Work with diverse work authorization types: H1B, EAD, GC, US Citizens, and TN permit holders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).


Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in US IT/ Non-IT recruitment, preferably with Federal, State, and Local government agencies.
  • BCA in Computers, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, Computers, B.Sc in Any Specialization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
