About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Write and edit creative content such as articles, impact stories, video scripts, and social media copies
Proofread and refine content for clarity, accuracy, and tone
Conduct in-depth research on CSR-related and other relevant topics
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality content on time
Review and guide the work of other writers and editors to maintain quality standards
Support the content and communications team on various projects as needed

Qualifications and Skills

Graduate or postgraduate in English, Journalism, Communication, Creative Writing, or a related field
Proven experience as a content writer, editor, or in a similar role (digital content experience preferred)
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
Good understanding of SEO and keyword optimization
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, ChatGPT, and Google Analytics
Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress or willingness to learn
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Preferred

Experience working on client or partner projects
