Job Title : Sr. SQL Developer Job Duties Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior SQL Developer with expertise in SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and Power BI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in databases, SQL development , report generation, and data visualization. This role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data solutions. Key Responsibilities: Work independently within a team and manage priority tasks efficiently . Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into innovative data solutions . Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases , stored procedures, views, and functions. Design and implement SSRS reports for business intelligence and decision-making. Develop and maintain ETL processes in SSIS for seamless data integration. Create interactive Power BI dashboards and reports , ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization. Work with various data sources, including SQL databases, APIs, Excel, and cloud-based solutions . Ensure data security, governance, and integrity across all reporting and database environments. Apply best practices in records management, information discovery, content management, and business process management . Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering . 3+ years of experience in SQL Server Transact-SQL (T-SQL) development. Proficiency in SQL Server 2008, 2008 R2, and 2010 (configuration, maintenance, and development). Strong expertise in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for report generation. Strong expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL development. Nice to have experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and visualization . Experience or excellent knowledge with Delta table format warehouse, one lake, Data pipeline, and Fabric solution. Ability to normalize relational databases and optimize queries for performance. Experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Location : Vadodara (WFO) Timings : 2-11 PM
