Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java Javascript and mySQL with a strong background in Retail Banking. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment contributing to the companys mission to innovate and excel in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java Javascript and mySQL TypeScript ES6
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best practices.
Implement security and data protection measures in all projects.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure reliability and performance.
Document development processes code changes and other technical information for future reference.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and team productivity.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of AWS services and architecture.
Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and database management.
Have extensive experience with Spring Boot for backend development.
Show expertise in Angular JS for frontend development.
Be highly skilled in Java and Javascript programming languages.
Have hands-on experience with mySQL database.
Bring a solid background in Retail Banking domain.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Be capable of working in a hybrid work model.
Have a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
Show a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
