Job Description

This role is responsible for coding/ product enhancements / modules as per customer customization by analyzing information and end user requirements, preparing design prototypes as well as troubleshooting, debugging and other technical support throughout the development life cycle. Areas of Responsibility: Develop software solutions by studying information requirements, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, work processes etc. Analyze customization/modification requirements as per client feedback/ L2 and L3 escalations/ transition projects etc. and develop updates and code patches for the same Share updated software with the testing teams and seek feedback Make updates based on findings and execute releases including migration onto client systems and platforms as necessary Enhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations and developing/streamlining codes for the same Continuously analyze data to effectively coordinate the deployment of new systems or the modification of existing systems Promote communication, integration, and collaboration for enhanced software development productivity Provide ongoing maintenance support and enhancements in existing systems/platforms Conduct troubleshooting, debugging; deploy programs and evaluate user feedback Coordinate with the documentation team and provide support in terms of sharing information for development of technical documentation Work towards enhancing own knowledge of upcoming technologies to enable professional development Key Performance Indicators Cycle time for development/updates Pull Request metrics Lead Time, Flow Ratio etc. Error Rate Additional Information: Team member of an identified project Individual Contributor role Typically works on one module/ requirement
