Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document requirements. Design and configure ServiceMax solutions to meet business needs. Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing. Provide training and support to end-users. Continuously assess and improve existing processes and systems. Stay updated with the latest trends in ServiceMax and field service management. Requirements 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceMax. Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. Strong understanding of field service management processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
